I'm looking at one of these, anyone got any recommendations on which to go for or which to avoid, liked the look of the fox til i saw the price.

I have the avid screenhouse compact and it's great for this. Small pack down size but plenty big enough for a cook house and seating 2 people. Also has poles to hold the front door up as an extra bit of shelter from rain. Paid about £120 for mine on offer.

I do have a brand new Rod Hutchinson cookhouse. Live in Stoke on Trent if you're ever in the area and interested at a bargain £85.

Nash Gazebo does it for me.
Had 8 of us in it watching Football and eating etc in France a few years back.
Used it during rough weather as well for cooking and eating for 4 of us and it stood up admirably.
Highly recommended.

I have one of the avid screen house, does the job a treat, newer model has better door configuration.
Peg down rings and inserts in bottom of poles are a bit pony so replaced with split rings and 6mm eye bolts

I've just used a second hand Rod Hutchinson Cabrio for the first time i bought for French trips and was really impressed. Not impossible to put up on your own but can be helped by labelling the poles with their respective numbers. Solid enough with pegs and guy ropes and plenty of room for table, Coleman extreme, Cadac etc and good height

We have been using one of these for the last 6 years for 2/3 weeks in france to house cookers, fridges, tables and chairs.
Not 100% waterproof in heavy rain, but nearly.
Much brighter inside than the carpy green ones, as has windows and if you make up poles, you can use the doors as canopies.

My mate has the Solar cube, brilliant bit of kit.
But to be honest I haven't see the others mentioned on the bank
