Sick to desth of my Ridgemonkey head torch. Yes it has good battery life and i do like yhe green bit go its not comphy and it hurts my head!

The sunblesa headtorch is lightweight and rechargeable. Great bit of kit.
Nitecore nu25 cheap light and good performance and battery life. Had mine 2 years and it's been great
Another vote for the superb Nitecore NU25 headlamp 
IMHO the perfect headtorch so comfy I sleep with mine on

I have the nitecore and the sunblessa as a back up..
The nitecore is better, but they are both really good.. 🙂

For cap wearers nitecore have one called the thumb which comes with a clip and weighs about 25grams.
It's got white main led and red underneath the head swivels so you can adjust, the lumen output is low but good enough for playing fish / tying rigs etc

Another recommendation for the sunblesa. So small can be worn around neck when sleeping saves fumbling about for one middle of night . Battery life is good and output is more than adequate.

Also I love the lock feature so it doesn't turn on when thrown in the bottom of my bag
Wear it around my neck when asleep, small, light, easy to use and most importantly it works!

Love my NU25 - they now do an NU25 UL which has 400 lumens and a toggle strap which I quite like the look of

I've got the NU25 and find it is light, easy to use and being rechargeable very reliable.
Only criticism is the headband is HUGE. Even at its minimum setting if the adjuster slips ever so slightly in use ( and it does) it's too big. I got the wife to unpick the headband, take a piece out and re-sew it up and it's now sorted. I suppose if you've got a head like a moose it's OK out of the box.
