Anyone know of a company that does very flat leads. Since Potty stopped doing his leads, i am now down to my final two exceptionally flat leads and all pages i look at the 'flat leads dont meet my needs, any suggestions?

I make my own leads and before I got a pear mould, I just flattened bombs in a vice or give them a wallop or two with a lump hammer to as thin as I wanted them, and when I got a pear mould, I would do the same to them if I wanted thinner leads.

If you do that with coated leads though, you would have to recoat them which is simple enough to do or just fish with uncoated leads and I have never found any difference to my fishing whether a lead is coated or not. Even divers report that uncoated leads are the hardest to spot and find on a lake bottom.

I've seen pictures of nash flat leads ,
But thay cost an arm and a lead

I'm the same as Zack, lump hammer to flatten them.
I tend to do that to my used leads where the coating has worn off, then repaint and varnish them after flattening.
