Anyone know the approximte % of Iso-Eugenol in Clove EO ? Deciding to either go with pure Iso-E or Clove EO, to be blended with Cinnamon EO. Is it the Iso in Clove EO that gives it it´s pulling power ?

To my nose Iso eugenol has to be a major constituent in clove oil. I have used both a lot and still do. If in a blend as you are looking to use them I might possibly go for the clove oil but in honesty I think either is fine.
With a flavour I definitely prefer Iso Eug as it dissolves in mpg.

I think that one best asked of John Baker. I'm sure if you rang him he would give some useful advice.

If you go with Iso- eugenol, you need no more than 1ml per 6 eggs.
Try mixing with a decent Peach flavour at 0.5ml of IE, 50% of the recommended Peach quantity, and Cinnamon Oil at around 5- 10drops maximum.

isoeugenol or eugenol?
the eugenol content is usually 80% + but isoeugenol isn't the same thing, it is synthesised from the former Im lead to believe.

10 points for Mozzi.
Clove EO is mainly eugenol.
Isoeugenol can be synthesized from eugenol and may be used in the synthesis of vanillin.
To back this up, scroll down in this link. You will find a table with the content of clove oils
