Good evening,I have owned the above for a few months now but I am having difficulty charging it in the tile frame they say it takes.
It's taking around 16 hours to charge wheras it's only supposed to take around 8.....any ideas

You've a 12 month warranty so can always send it back if unable to resolve

Is this the 48 or 96k? The 96k manual online mentions on DC it should take 14 hours at 2A and on USBC charging 10 hours, are you using a USBC charger or the included wall plug?

Charging time will depend on which model / capacity and also your charger output.

Have you tried charging it with a high speed USBC charger? Other than that I can't help, like post 2 mentions it may be best to either return it or at least contact fox and see what the deal is with it
