Two baits which are on special offer at the moment, anyone have any reviews on either?

Turners are decent lads, Damo has a dog named Neville. which is pretty great.

The amnesia squid sounds a bit different to the usual red fishmeals a lot of people tend to use, of which I'm sure ksc will be a decent version of? I know a couple of lads who test for them much prefer the nut one they do, but they both have a preference and bias for the nut type baits so probably not a lot of substance to that choice. infact they're fairly new to fishing and have been struggling on some fairly easy waters but if you've watched them fish that aint the baits fault at all

Well that's great feedback. No idea on the bait and new anglers haven't done well on a runs water. More cracking info from you.

I've used xcel before and while not ripping waters apart (only 1 particular bait did that)
it's a decent bait and compliments hydros perfectly so I would recommend that of the two.
Never used the other .

But he does have a dog called Neville, can't say that about many bait makers.

Unless someone comes along who's rolled either, all anyone can do is guess based on ingredients mentioned. I was in a good mood yesterday, and Damo 100% has a dog named Neville, whom is brilliant.

Recently people have been having a bit more banter on the forum and it's lightened the mood. Please for tge most part aren't snapping at each other the next few days. If that upsets you, leave. 👍🏼

Neville it's a brilliant little fellow and deserves mention.

Did use Turners Crab & Krill I think it was, worked well for me, this must be their newer bait?

To be honest these days as long as the bait contains fishmeal I'm good to go.

Yeah, they stopped doing the Crab & Krill and replaced it with Amnesia Squid. It's fairly new to market though - something like 12 months being available to the masses - perhaps that's why not many reviews?

Never a truer word spoken...... 😂

I used xcels liver bait on recommendation years ago, great bait and caught well. I'm sure that if put in the right place at the right time, it will catch well - which can be said for any bait.

The guy from Turners came on here and commented on a thread a few months ago and went into a bit more detail about his squid bait and what it contained. Someone may be able to find it, i could not.

Anyway if what is claimed to be in it, is in it (and i have absolutely no reason to doubt the guy) it sounded a real winner.
