Hi I'm after some 9 foot rods on a budget upto £100 each
Any recommendations please

i have the chub outkast they are 2.5lb tc and seem very well made about 60 pound each. im happy enough with them got from johnson ross 3 or 4 years ago. quite a few small rings which seem to work well with action on shorter rod

Just look on ebay. I bought 3 x nash scope 9ft 3.5tc rods as new for £260. Bargains to be had with a bit of patience

Darent Valley (The tackle box's own brand) have a 9ft range. I have the 3lb version and they're cracking little rods for the money. Around £55 each

Sonik Xtractors paired with Okuma Inc 6000, loved this setup over the winter so far

I would agree with the second hand Scope shout. I picked up 3 x 9ft 3lb mk2 for £280 in good condition.

I also own an 11ft Darent Valley rod and although decent for the money the Scope have much better fittings.

Scopes are a great shout but a mate of mine just purchased some wychwood riots in 9ft and they seem like a lot of rod for the money, lovely in the duplon version

Lots of sellers doing Good deals on eBay on xtractors or insurgent under £100 each sonik rods are value for money

Anyone know any info on the Nash dwarf Es versions

Shimano Tribal TX-1A pretty good for £60 each.

Daiwa crosscasts the shimano sonik xtractors and insurgent are all good value the nash are overpriced compared to the others and nothing special

Another endorsement for the cross cast rods. The Xt's are really good blanks for the money and the fittings are also good.
