Hi all, I am looking at buying 2no of the above for my new 10ft Dwarfs, does anybody know how good the line clip is as I will be mostly angling with PVA Solid bags

Get it changed it's the red tooth version

Put some pole elastic on the clip first

Poo. . . like all Daiwa line clips but not the end of the world if you dont clip up much / are fishing short range etc.
Reel Kings do some nice replacements . . .if you cant be arsed shove a small piece of power gum in the recess . . .

Defo swap for a metal line clip, the shark tooth ones daiwa use are poo!

Had mine around 5 years , as others have said a bit of pole elastic pulled into them makes them line friendly, will change them if they ever break, but not an urgent thing to do !
