Anyone used these ?

Interested to know peoples thoughts before buying or whether to go for the Nash butt locks instead.

I wouldn't but either esp butt grips are very good

As far as cheap and functional the ESP grips are ideal. Perfect for my needs and not seen the issue to spend more on some of the other highly regarded options for a good number of years now

Same. I have the older version of the ESP butt grips in both sizes as I chop and change rods. I've never had a rod come out, have high confidence fishing locked up etc. The only time I would change would be if I was fishing with tips high (continental style) in which case I might want something with the strap over the rod, like the white tiger ones

Same for me. Been using them forever. Got both sizes for different rods. Cheap as chips, indestructable and work perfectly. Use with confidence.

Stick clinching and pivoting butt grip into the updated Angling Direct site, it will sort you out.

Another one hear for the ESP ones. Two sets one for my 10ft Cork Handles and one for my shrink wrapped Torrix TE's

Never had any of them slip on me.
