Has anyone had any issues with this new Aquatexx ev material ? The green not dpm version.
Trakker's Facebook page has a few people saying the inside of the bivvy dimples like orange peel when it gets wet. Anyone else got any experience of this?

I saw that on Facebook . I had the same thing happen about 4 years ago on a m3 duo. When I sent over the pics I'd taken to aqua. They certainly didn't to seem to think it was a natural or normal occurrence. Unfortunately I could pursue it any further as it was over a year old

I have an early Aqua MK2 Armo (Blue badge) and im pretty sure that done the same

Yeah I've got a Aqua mki nylon, does this also in cold rain and it's like a *****ly heat effect.

Surely this is a defect in the material, and Aqua should have sorted it. Poor on their part.

Have this happen on my brolly, it doesn't seem to effect the waterproofness of the material so for me it's a non issue. Once it dries out it goes back to normal

My advanced 100 used to do this in heavy rain, never leaked just looked like the rust bubbles on an old 1980's ford cortina

After reading this I set my Ev 100 Tempest up in the backyard in rain, wind for 3 days .but doesn't show any of these sign's..

That's great but most of those shown on the Trakker face book page were being used at the time. Which suggests that it could be a combination of rain and condensation that cause this effect. Just leaving the bivvy out in the elements while not in use maybe inconclusive 🤷♂️

yes i would agree condensation might play it part as mine shows the issue on the roof area mainly
