Have you experienced some sizes of tigers to be more attractive than others. The size of the tigers in the last batch I bought was smaller than the ones I have used previously. I'm feeding a mix of hemp, maize, tigers and boilies and recently the tigers on my prebaited spot have not been eaten. There is a lot of bird life on the water so it could be that the birds clear all the other bait and the carp are not visiting the spot, but usually I have a fair amount of carp activity on the spot, so I find it unlikely that the carp don't visit the spot.
The last batch of tigers are all under 10mm cooked. The ones I have used before contains a fair amount of tigers in the 14-16mm range. Have you found the smaller tiger not to be as attractive to the carp?

I prefer the little small ones, but they can take a bit more cooking to soften them. Were they rock hard? Did you let them goo up a bit?

I haven't chewed on one, so I'm not sure if they were harder than usual. I will try to cook them a little longer. They may have gooed up a little bit. I cook them with hemp and maize. Sometimes I prebait the same day as they are cooked and other times it can take a day or two before I have the time to prebait. It has never seemed to make any difference if I did it one way or the other.

I would have a little crunch next time you cook them. It's could also have been as simple as they didn't fancy the tigers on the day.
How old are the fish? Sean Harrison has a theory that old carp have dodgy old teeth and have a preference for soft food.

I've always believed that. Not that older carp have dodgy knashers. I just believe Carp are lazy. And that if there's a more palatable source of food they will go for that over a less palatable source any day of the week. Tigers are a good bait I just dont believe Carp can manage a lot of them over a short period of time. Less is best with Growlers in my opinion.

Thanks for your replies. I went to check the spot today. I don't think the fish visit it anymore. They have probably moved to deeper water. I guess the bird have cleared the other baits.
