Ive got the ESP reversible bucket hat in Large - XLarge 60cm, but even that is too small for my wagon head.

Anyone know of any carpy hats that come up bigger or are stated bigger than 60cm?

Look on Ebay for Jungle style hats. Might find something there. Or Army surplus sites? Cheaper than buying a named brand and paying carp tax on top.

How about one of the Trakker Tempest skull caps?

I'm sorry your head is to big, but I went to decathlon the other day and thay have various hats to fit all heads.
I bought a camo t shirt for £9.99 , very nice , ok its not fox but no one will see it, good luck.

Have you actually measured your head so you know what size you need?
Go outdoors millets trespass all do carpy coloured hats
You can also check for boonie hats

I also have a RoboCop-esque melon. I have a Fortis bucket hat and the only way I got it to fit better was to hold the hat over a boiling kettle with some tongs for a couple of minutes then slam it on my dome and wear for a bit. The heat does something to the material and when it cools it'll sit better. You have to repeat the process if you ever wash them

In order not to have to do these strange manipulations with a cap, you need to buy a cap of your own size and good quality. I usually order mine at .https://headwearhut.com/collections/custom-5-panel-hats and they fit perfectly on my head . I wash them quite often because I work a lot in the dust and of course the cap gets dirty. But immediately after washing, I put it on and it looks and falls on my head as before. There was no such thing that it was deformed. Therefore, in order not to bother, just buy a normal cap
