Do any of you guys know where to find a really nice maple flavour? I have looked at a few recently and been a tad disappointed by most of them. Am I missing any that you can think of that are readily available?

Hi Gav,
Had exactly the same problem when I moved to Australia.
Problem was solved a couple of months in when a cake making shop opened up 2 doors up from the local pub.
I thought I'd found flavour heaven until the owner showed me the nirvana of cake flavours online.
The carp down here are currently enjoying hoovering up salted maple surprise chick peas and my latest chick pea creation, vanilla essence.
All with no carp tax......
Best
Jon

I believe you have contacts within Nash? His long discontinued maple ee's was brilliant back in the day. A mix of natural and synthetic maple flavours

Yes I have contacts there. Many of the original things are no longer produced!!

I use the BAF maple+ In my Maple Scopex pop ups.
I rate it, it's quite thick and dark in colour compared to some I've seen. Perfect to dry on as an additional coating as well as in the mix liquids.
