Its not a good idea to let E10 sit in your tank for long periods, even E5 can cause problems long term.

Additives are available so it your car etc is not recommended to run on ethanol an additive might be worth considering rather than using the E5 or even with E5 it could be an advantage.

There's a gov.uk page where you can check if your car will run on it.

With disclaimer of course...

Says mine will be ok but to be fair it's a pain on current fuel so who knows?

Its about time we had E85 back on the pumps.
