From my ad in the classifieds I am looking for a 10ft set up and found the above when searching online, has anyone used them, are they legit, do they deliver, the prices seems extraordinarily low, probably below trader costs price..

BEWARE All!

In checking the site I noticed the returns address is in Yeovil, is the address for Tackle UK, I called them, they are aware and it is a scam website.

Once purchased some golf clubs on behalf of a mate of mine that were for a set of clubs that had only just being released but not available in left handed in this country. £749.00 when becoming available in left hand in this country. Where I ordered from ‘can't remember which country' the price was £349....After a couple of weeks and with no response from the shop where I had purchased them from I realised I'd had my pants pulled down and my botty slapped. I contacted my bank who were in agreement that I had been scammed as the payment taken from my account had shown as a different country from where I had purchased from. Few reviews of this company also confirmed my suspicions. A week or so later a knock on the door and a delivery driver with a parcel in her hand that resembled what could be golf clubs but before this package was handed to me I had to pay an extra £33 import charges. I phoned my mate who he himself couldn't believe it on my telling him the news that after opening the package was a pristine brand new set of taylormade.....Wow, could have knocked me down with a feather.

Hi mate see your post with reference fishing4you.. I've ordered quite a bit of gear from these and now seen your post reference a scam.. did you manage to get your money back??

I've seen on a local sea fishing site,someone also saying they have been scammed too..

Unfortunately they are a fake site, the address for what they claim is the shop is actually a random home address and the mobile number that is linked is disconnected. my friend ordered me a gift over the weekend from them not knowing and luckily has managed to claim back via her bank. We reported the site to the national fraud agency and turns out they really are just some scam site - it looks like it has now been closed though shame it wasn't reported sooner so less people didn't fall for it !!

Might not be an overly helpful comment for people who have lost out, but everything on there is about 30% of the retail price? Surely rings alarm bells?

also seen a very similar website advertising paddle boards at crazy reduced prices..... also a scam
