Hi, i know this mix has been around for many years im just curious if its still the same mix from when it originated , so many older mixes seem to change over the years for various reasons just wondered how this mix has stood the test of time ?

I've used it in several variants over the last few years. It's never let me down.

From what I understand Geoff formulated Malarkey when he left premier and started ABS.

I think there are MANY similarities (wink wink) with Premier's MATRIX - which I have used for years - a bait I have total faith in.

I loved Premier baits Matrix with Robin Red, absolutely hammered a stretch of river for barbel using it. It is similar to malarkey, but not identical imo

I found the matrix from premier to be on the soft side for me so I moved over to Geoffs malarkey and found it much firmer in which I like

Caught well on both 👍

I would have total confidence in this from ABS.
I've used it for years and always caught well here and especially in France.
It's a 👍 from me.

I use a version of Malarkey that ABS sell to Hampshire tackle, cracking bait.

How are you doing with the hydra k? Good friend of mine has had great results on it.

Abs do a skunk and garlic malarkey. Never used it though. The frankfurter one he also does is a brilliant barbel bait
