Interested in this stuff.. Do sticky have the monopoly in this or is it avail elsewhere under a different name at a more sensible price per litre ? Managed to get a couple of the 1ltr bottles of their krill the other week too.
Blake's do it, slightly better at £10 per half litre. Never used it myself.

There are a few places that sell it - I think AA Baits has some.
However, I'd check out Bacarel as well for their shrimp extract. Also John Baker sells it as well. Don't believe all the advertising hype from Sticky - a good hydrolysate and some other ings will do as good a job.

That shrimp extract in particular looks good...Im currently using liquids injected into solid bags .Does this stuff need thinning at all as its called viscous? Guess the addition of a little sunflower oil etc will thin it ok. Also quantities are by weight? What does 600g work out roughly as volume?

The salmon is thick, especially when cool
The shrimp I would say is about a medium viscosity
The shore crab extract is very thin, near on like water!
Suppose it depends on your syringe diameter as to whether you need to water them down?
Regarding quantities by volume I would say around half a litre ish, then containers, 5l or above!

Bacarel do not have calanus. Only a handful of people have the stuff (I won't go into why) and I really do rate it and it's something I don't like fishing without! It will be going in my baits from now on. The shrimp extract is also very very good according to our tests. Poor old salamigo maybe slipping into the past already 😩

When you say better, how are you judging that calanus is better than the salmigo?
More fish, better profile on paper, tank test?

The whole teams catch rate went up when I showed them a little tip on how to use it! These lads are seasoned anglers. It's not something I'd say easily on a forum but trust me it's wicked! Different viscosity to salamigo (salamigo has one or two benefits of being so heavy and sticky) but clearly a really good bait additive. Works well in winter smells nicer to me than the shrimp, both shrimp and Calanus are very soluble

Again we saw a sample many moons ago from a tropical fish food supplier, he gave me some calanus pellets too that looked just like tiny bream/carp spawn.......they were awesome just ridiculously expensive
