Just wondering if anyone has bought the Nash Bushwhacker Baiting Pole third-party made Deeper and Fishspy attachments and had a chance to use them yet, or what did you think of them?

I had a look at them but decided to go with 2 cable ties instead and slide the fish spy in and out![]()

looks quite innovative that does and a fraction of the price - nice effort!
I bought two bushwhacker systems and these two attachments - all arrived in the post today, excitement overload, can't wait to try everything out.

Also keeps everything behind the spoon so reduces chances of snagging in my mind.

That 1st one for the deeper has got me thinking
If it's the same size thread as a camera adaptor it may just be a case of screwing that into the deeper and the end of the baiting pole (angling intelligence version)

I'm actually thinking that I could have my deeper on the front and then the fishspy attached at the back like yours and use BOTH devices together relayed to a split screen on my galaxy tab.

The zip ties are tight so it doesn't slide out or move around. I put the gaffer tape around the pole then tightened down the first zip tie, then loosely set the second and put the fishspy in and tightens it down. Because of the slight stretch in the plastic zip tie you can slide it and out.

The water I have been using it on is fairly clear some slight algae in the water column in summer and gin clear in winter. In summer the picture is a bit more murky depending on light levels so 5ft, in winter again depending on light levels 12ft. Lakes only 12 ft so not used it deeper than that.

That's fantastic. The lake I'm targeting is generally about 6-12ft although there's a much deeper area down to 30ft. It is gin clear but lots of Canadian weed. It will be interesting to see the deeper chirp sonar image next to the actual fishspy camera footage to help understand what you see on the chirp and help find clear spots.

I'm guessing that they are both 2.4Ghz WiFi back to the phone? Might be worth chucking them in the bath next to each other and checking that you can connect to both without them interfering with each other.
