Not in Essex but he ships all over, havent used them nyself, although mates tell me the leads are quality and only 50p each for a 3oz.

Carters Leads on facebook, he's in Manchester but posts. I got 100 leads and 25 back leads for £82 delivered.

i ve used ian carter for a good few years top leads,and a great lad

I've used both long Chuck leads and Taylor's lead lounge in the past 12 months, both produce quality leads at a reasonable price and will post to you.

Barr's very good and free postage if you spend enough they also do other bits and bobs if you need to make your order up
