That's a shame. I was hoping they might be able to put on a late one next year. Maybe autumn at Farnbourgh.
No zwolle next year. Northern Angling show looks rocky for next year as well. Obviously Sandown bit the dust (kindest thing for it)

I went to one fishing show (go fishing at the NEC) a long time ago and could not believe the realtree and the kit people were wearing.
Bit like the ferries on a Friday night to France

oh so when you go fishing to France you have separate set of Ferry clothes then
and out of interest whats the uniform for going to a tackle show then ? and please dont say normal clothes as your idea of normal might be different to normal people
I always think people that worry about what other people choose to wear and try to ridicule them are very insecure and sad narrow minded people
thats why they think their small minded comments make them look clever but in reality it just shows the exact opposite

I went to the Sandown show years back and saw a guy with a picture of himself holding a fish on his T shirt, where what you like but I not for me. I'll just wear Jeans and a t shirt.

You should count yourselves lucky. @wurzel74 was trying to get us all to wear mankinis on the Jag stand last year. He's very odd.

I personally don't wear fishing clothes as they are not to my taste. But as you said some might think my clothes look stupid
Having said that camo clad anglers at shows or on the ferry do look daft (in my opinion)
They will prob laugh at me though in my middle age man clothes

years ago I fished a 48 hour session (Frid to Sunday morning ) then after packing up rushed down to the Sandown show to meet up with some mates that had travelled from Somerset I heard a few pathetic childish comments as I was wearing my very warm Shimano Tribal coat from narrow minded thick c**** to thick to realise some people come straight from the lake after fishing
the trouble with todays youths they are all sheep no individuality all scared to wear something different it started years ago before most were born with pringle jumpers and ben sherman shirts thats when the rot started sad world that everyone has to wear basically the same things or they are considered weird Baa Baaa Baaa
