dug my 16mm rolling table out and got it fixed to my rolling frame.
whenever I roll to the top third its catching and driving me mad, anyone have any tips on getting it flush?
ive seen some people only using 2 of the rolling sections together and not the 3.

also, 16mm nozzle for a 16mm table or 14mm nozzle for a 16mm table?

Nozzle will depend on your mix. It's better to buy the normal nozzles and cut them to size

Obvious one but have you checked all the joining screws for each section underneath are all done up or back some off and put say a flat piece of DPC so that when done up it levels the individual plates together, sometimes the side screws can be tweaked to do the same.

14mm nozzle on a 16mm table will make 14*16mm barrels - approx..

Aside from what has already been mentioned, are you using any amount of oil in your mix, or on the table?.. A bit of oil helps.

Not necessarily. My mix needs a 14.5mm nozzles on the 16mm table to make perfectly round baits. As I said it is all mix dependant

That's it, do one sausage and roll, trim a tiny bit if needed and try again. Repeat until you get it spot on. Just remember to mark the nozzle if you have similar sized ones for different mixes

Try moving the sections around, it worked better for me but wasn't perfect. After a few mixes it wore away the proud edge anyway, bloody annoying though!
