Hi guys,
Have used the search, but nothing much about the above.
Anyone using them, your opinions please and are they worth the dollar.
Thinking of upgrading in the future to go on my 10fts.

The search function doesn't work very well I've found, best to search using Google like the below, just paste into Google:

site:www.carpforum.co.uk castizm

But very good reels, nice size for all but long range/heavier lines above 0.35mm because the line drops quicker on the short 25mm spools on the castizm.

Emcast 25a's are similar size, a lot cheaper but still very decent. I got one of these for a marker reel and then decided to buy a secondhand set of three instead of buying three spare spools for the castizm which were the same price at £180 for the three... Can get them new for £75 each though.

Major cost in the castizms is that they are mag sealed, a nice to have feature but not really necessary for fresh water fishing - more beneficial in salt water to stop water ingress and corrosion.
