I contacted them once before and their support was ace! I think their site is having issues because all their warranty / contact info is blank

You have to go through a tackle shop now.
I recently had a pole snap on a tempest, and had the same issue as you couldn't find anything.
I did have a thread on here about it asking and someone gave the name of a person in spares and details of the parent company - got through to them and was told to go through my local shop (they were still really helpful on the phone and confirmed what the part name was and that they had it in stock)
Local tackle shop ordered and had it within a week

If your local tackle shop has a account with trakker they will be able to access a portal with a lift of spares and availability.
Can also check on stock and ETA of stock trakker are waiting on. I was in my local shop beginning of the week as my Mrs has managed to snap my levelite transformer chair by sitting on it and leaning back without extending the pins for the legs

Two bolts and a nut for the Recliner chair.
I've been to several nut and bolt stores and one store finally helped me with the bolts but no luck with the nut as it needs to have a wide flange on it so it doesn't slip back through the hole!
It doesn't have to be an exact match, I'm not that fancy, but struggling to find anything remotely close. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.
