Anyone know the size of the bobbin O rings 🤔

The thread is 3/8 so around 10mm In new money
Thickness to suit whatever you want
You can get bog standard ones from RS or Halfords
I found plumbers ptfe tape Aswell is better as it locks them in position

You're thinking of bank sticks not bobbins

Bobbin threads are 2ba or 5mm, but the op might actually mean the o rings that fit the bobbin line clips

Same applies Halfords or rs lol If you want them of the shelf

Got some dart stem o rings but they're smaller

I just tried a couple on my old bobbins as I have a box of o rings sitting around and I was curious.

4mm internal diameter with 1.8mm section fitted perfect.

5mm ID sort of fitted but was too loose and bulged out when tightened.

I reckon anything between 4 and 4.5mm ID would be fine.

yes your suggestion is a good one you get a SET of 32 O-rings in different sizes great value for a fiver IMHO
