Evening chaps,

Taken delivery of some cork balls from eBay today and all the pores on them appear to be filled with like a 2 pac wood filler. They are solid like bullets as well. Not like the natural cork ones I ordered last time, must have been a different seller. These new ones can't surely be as buoyant as the normal ones? And I can't see the paste adhering very well either.

Can anyone give me a link to a decent supplier of proper cork balls, I usually buy 100 at a time to save money. ESP, thinking anglers etc too expensive.

Many thanks,

Mike.

Agree with you on quality issues.
But sometimes you have to pay a bit more for a better quality product, like most things in life.
At least you can re use the corkballs afterwards.

I've got back into using cork ball pop ups last 18 months and have used esp and thinking anglers 12mm versions and found them to be spot on albeit a little expensive. I'm not too worried about cost as the are a reusable product so will be used numerous times.

We use Siesta cork. Not sure if they sell in smaller quantities than bags of 5000. Give them a call, lovely people and the highest quality cork.
Are you sure?
