Hi all, how do people set up there rods, I use buzz bars with all three rods on them, however I am considering using a double buzz bar and a single what are your thoughts.

Depend on the situation for me.
2 +1 obviously doesn't look so neat but I never let that dictate what I buy or use. I've needed an extra many times when vegetation has been in the way especially as I normally fish in the margins or small inlets with at least one rod. If you already have a triple then just use two if the need arises.

1 either side of the swim to leave the centre free for netting if I do get a fish, tips down or sunk.

Depends on my fishing.
If I am on a small lake I might go on single sticks as the rods could be in totally opposite directions. If the 2 rods are roughly the same way I'll go buzzer bars.
On the reservoir, my rods although spread out tend to be on buzzer bars on the pod due to rock hard banks. By the angle and positioning I can minimise line angle from the tips.

I like single sticks where possible as I mainly use braid and I find anything happening on one rod tends to set the lot off if on bars

same for me - 1 rod at either side with mat and kit in the middle. tips down whether fishing tight or slack

Too many options and can never work out what is best, most of the time its a pod for ease and then have a set of banksticks in the bag just incase one needs to go into a different direction. Having fished day tickets for the past few years can never be sure what the bankside is like so found pod to be best option.
2 on a pod in the UK. 2 on a pod and 1 on sticks in France with a gap between for landing fish.

Pod for me but a fantail from keith best of both worlds point the rods anywhere you like
Triple bars for open water fishing. 3 singles for snag fishing or baits off at acute angles. Always carry both options with me.
