After a small boat around 2m for baiting up and retrieving weeded fish. Seems to be some cheapish ones like Seahawk on eBay, does anyone have any recommendations?

Don't get one of the cheap and nasty rubber inflatables. You are asking for trouble.
If you really have to get a small baiting up vessel, at least get a rigid plastic one like the BIC ones.

Mate had one of those Seahawk ones and I personally would not use it for fishing. Okay for kids in the summer but that's about it.

I bought a 2m Plastimo inflatable a few years ago. Great for baiting up and a bit of feature finding.
I think it weighs about 20kg so I can just about push it on the barrow!
I've been out in it on some windy/choppy days and it was fine.
Any decent inflatable tender will do for what you need. I searched out a few different Marine stores, I think it was sent from one in Essex.

100% not safe for fishing a cold weedy lake.
Loads of sensible safe suggestions if you do a search on here. I can recommend the Bic range.

I'm only going to give you my experience, I used a Sevylor Fish Hunter 240 for around 5 years trips to france, it did the job on the still waters I was fishing, only puncture I got was dragging it to land and it bounced away from lots of underwater branches with me in it. I did however say that in another thread a while ago and got slated for it, then several months later Terry Hearns uses a smaller Sevylor for exactly the same thing...go figure.
If you can afford a better boat I would. I like the look of the hard bottomed inflatables readily available now, having said that I never stand in boats and if I did I wouldn't use a small one, so that wasn't important to me at the time and neither were the plethora of boats available back in the late 90's.

Forgot to say, independent of cost look for 'safety chambers' in the boat, they're extra compartments within the inflation tubes so if you puncture the outside the boat doesn't just deflate (unless you're really unlucky and puncture those at thd sane same time) and 👍

Have a sevylor fishhunter 210 for baiting up in big hits, and a raptor for proper fishing.. sevylor thing seems to have lasted a lifetime, £70 odd at the time. Good bit of kit for the money, but I wouldn't use it for getting kit about at all.

Going to have a look at the sea hawks etc, I only need it for fishing at shortish ranges and for weeded fish so I am sure they will be fine. I'll wear a life jacket and won't be using it in winter
