So ridgemonkey rip someone else's stuff, rebadged it and sell it at a hugely inflated price, who'd have guessed...

I think it was expected to be similar design to OzTent .... but i do quite like them with the square footprint. Im sure the people who keep wanting a higher entrance will be pleased as they look quite high. 300D ripstop material with 20,000mm HH is pretty heavy duty ... and an overwrap/flysheet is included so no condensation - I cant see them catching on for the weekend angler but I think the prices are comparable with what else is around of similar standard - Once you start adding the extras though, especially the extension then its getting expensive. Oz-Tents are still more money (circa £900 of 1man?) but then they are polycotton.

I have the oz tent rv3 pricey yes but worth it in my opinion

If I couldn't afford the oz then I would buy the howling moon wizz 24 which is the same as the oz but cheaper 👍

That pretty much sums up my thoughts. It seems RM have looked at functionality over appearance which makes a change, and listened re height, The new Trakker isnt much of a improvement to me. Yes theyve probably borrowed ideas but let's face it, nearly everything's been done before in the camping/adventure market. About time you can open windows etc without getting out of the bivvy.

Only thing that concerns me is strength of pegging points given the square design, but time will tell.

Personally given the fact they may be reduced at some point, sales etc I may well be looking at one of these, naturally I'll be waiting until feedback starts coming in after use.

Got to admit I think they look horrible, some good features but hate the look personally
