Saw this earlier and it just doesn't look right, but if I had a spare two grand floating about I may get one for some French river fishing.

It looks a fair size to be lugging about on your own as well! Is it 4.2 meters with a 2 meter bivvy part? Need a decent sized motor as well! Wish I lived in France and had enough time to fish those huge waters to warrant such an investment. I'll stick to my little fleet of waveco's for now..

Good point... it would save on the batteries though if you were heading downwind 😂

I'm pretty sure even with his "limited" boating experience Josh knows you're supposed to fish from the boat and not the liferaft.........

It might just be me but inventing stuff for the sake of inventing, will blow around like lake like a sailing ship with that big sail up.

Hi Gary,

100% correct

I've fished some big waters out of boats and to be honest it was no fun at all. If you spent a week on the contraption Steve posted up the main things you would catch would be sleep deprivation and a week off work to recover. I'm all for pushing the boundaries, but some of it is getting really silly now in the name of being "carpy" whatever that is.....

This looks a bit ghetto:
