Absolute B S Never been a Delkim Fan. Certainly not changing from Fox at the moment.
BTW Fox have been just as guilty of releasing untested products. I think they are improving in this respect.

It amazes me how sometimes well established companies go 'backwards'.
I've often wondered if it's so they can release yet another new version in a year or two that fixes the annoyance.
Not just tackle companies, tech companies too

Most of the time it is due to a lack of field testing.
Designer not always grap reality and companies don’t spend money to 100% test and validate new designs.
Hence those errors

We are not really talking about a fault with the alarm or its design.

I’ve noticed with the rubber hard cases on (which you always put on when packed away) they can be a little tight.

All Delkim need change the moulding then problem resolved.

Guess the testers didn’t pay too much attention to that aspect…yes a little embarrassing

Probably not having a recess around the button is better for long term use.

Yes and it's very likely that the field testers just tell these companies what they want to hear to keep them sweet.
