Yep, I'm leaving it on my folded bedchair , I deflated it first as best I could and shut the valve then folded it up and hopefully using it every two weeks

Your supposed to store them inflated ie behind a wardrobe or under a bed but that isnt really practical at all.

Does the sim on your sp c tech make you hot in the summer?

If you do blow into the S.I.M. be aware that you are introducing moisture and bacteria into the mattress. That is why top end air mattresses have an air bag to blow them up so you don't use your breath. Or some use an electric pump.

Been using my mouth to top mine up if required for years with no issues. A lot of places recommend a little breath of of air if required.

Top tip: In the summer fill the SIM with water and put it in the freezer the night before your session. 👌

Very true and over long periods of time small mould spots can develop

It wont make any difference to the mat though. Ive been topping mine up for years.
