Sounds like the same problems I've had getting gig tickets online. To many people trying to access online at once. And when you do get on all sold out. How's that happen...

Nope.
I'm sure the conversation with their IT support will be anything BUT calm this morning.
7 hours after one of their most eagerly awaitied new releases, still offline.

Got one in my basket before it crashed this morning

A few people managed to get one at about 4am this morning, on Facebook a hand full of people are saying that they got it. My friend managed to get one aswell about 4.30am he has shown me the email confirmation. Everytime I tried it just kept crashing so gave up not going to bother now lol
