After finding I was having to take a run up from Tuesday gathering all the stuff, tying rigs, making bait, checking lists just for a weekend session I have gone back to basics fishing for tench with one rod on short morning/evening sessions. Life seems so much less complicated now

I'm not happy unless I'm sleeping on top of my gear. It's been strategically entombed behind that bed so they can face my misses, that's if the pomeranian doesn't fill them in first on the way upstairs 😂
