NGT XL bedchair bag works for me, zips up as well, I would suggest you keep it off the ground also.

I would be more worried about Mice !!!

Due to mice getting in the shed I've just bought a lockable metal bike storage thing to keep my tackle in. It arrives next week. The thought of the little *******s eating my gear is too much to take.

Also been thinking about this for my 'spare' bedchairs - both are already in bedchair bags and on hooks on the wall (off the ground) but the garage can still suffer from condensation / spotting in the cooler months / over winter.

What about one of those vac bags (for storing clothing) like this -

I feel your pain, the same has happened to me. I lost my bed chair, landing net and carryall. Fortunate enough I can keep it indoors now.

As previously suggested a metal bike shed, or the cheaper option of poison.

Get some glue traps online, 100% effective and no rotting bodies left lying around after poisoning. I tried various traps, poisons etc.
