I like a six inch heel in the warmer dryer months it helps with the floater fishing putting me at 6'2" I get a better vantage point for spotting them drifting about.

Keen Targhee 3 have been good for me so far dog walking & fishing, 3 pairs of Salomon started to fall apart, they were comfortable and Reebok Ridgerider Gortex are really comfy.

Just ordered a pair of these, will see how they compare to my long time used Salomon GT. 4.0,
Just about had enough of my Adidas Terrex, same things happened as mentioned here earlier, poor build quality and leaked within a month - piss poor.

Ridge monkey shoes(like the climbers use)ideal for summer use early autumn maybe and I can also sleep in the bag with them on,then kerrimore from anglers direct had them for few t years now just keep them waterproofed as possible

have a look look at the north face TRACTION mules i use them in the winter and summer,
very warm, water resistant and mega comfy. ali hamidi is just about to do an identical copy.
