I live on the coast so I regularly have to deal with very strong winds, never had a problem with my Fox Xd, So the reference Flat back on the Frontier is bad in the wind can go in the trash can, I once set up a pioneer 150 in the wind, no thank you never again what a misery

One of my mates also has a frontier but it's the small one and he loves it. It doesn't look to bad being small ish.
I've had a titan T1 and loved it until all the tape started peeling off the seems, could have just been unluckily.

Bought a titan t1 camo in january sales. As much as I love my ridgemonkey xf2 for a quick 1-2 day fishing its just too damn heavy. Originally had my heart set on a frontier due to the bigger entrance clearance but after reading lots of issues with rain inlet from here and other sites decided against it.
So far very impressed with it, only downside being 20st with a wonky back getting in/out is a mission. But its light, extremely versatile, ample room inside even with the mozzie fill panel and holds my mdf60 wideboy with lots of room spare and sets up in seconds. Its also extremely sturdy. Sitting in mine now with 40/50mph winds blowing everything away but the bivvy doesn't even move.
If you can get one for a decent price you won't regret it

Good choice , its a very very good bivvy
I have sat in one on and off for most the last 2 weeks
You get a bit of condensation (single skin, compact space to be expected). Good news is that Solar told me they will be bringing out a overwrap later this year
The adjustable height support ribs work great , zip in groundsheet is quality and easy to fit
Finally the height for such a compact shelter is very welcome and unusual
I sold my Hide XL to buy this and don't regret it a single moment

Yeah gotta say that Nash is a little hit and miss, sent mine back due to rivots being crap used gorilla tape on all the major stress points did the same on the replacement the newer titans front peak is poor regarding seam tap used gorilla tape again.
I don't think any Bivvy is superb they all need a bit of TLC mine should last me 20 years though. My power plus will out last me no doubt

Had loads from nash canvas. Nash titans. Aqua Armo. Now got fast n light brolly system and a trakker tempest. Love the fast n light but by far the best design and quality was the Aqua Armo. Best one made now Trakker Tempest so versatile and easy to use. Worst was both the Nash Titans very build quality with tape seams falling off both. Buy a Tempest

I'm the past couple of years I've had a slx v3, armo v4 and a tempest 150.
I love the tempest 150 but for value I don't think you can beat a slx v3.

I was looking at the aquatex ev range, initially the 25,000 HH looks impressive but the price hike for a teflon fabric protector and a waterproof coating seems a bit steep tbh. I am sure (the waterproof coating) could be applied quite easily for a fraction of the price on the other model.

Yes I know
but I am not a fan at all as the internal vapour shields just trap the condensation on the inside
where as the Scull caps its on the outside
