Perhaps they should be. We've had far more problems with their service and items bought from Waitrose than Aldi.
Worse was a contaminated Christmas lunch, discovered on the morning in question.
My point is just because you pay top prices doesn't necessarily mean top quality or even top service.

Their brioche loaves saved me having to make my own for Christmas dessert! ( baileys and white chocolate brioche bread and butter pudding with caramelised banana ).

Just wanted to say I'm loving this thread! 
Treated myself to a German Doner Kebab meal today at work £10.50. Would I buy this over my regular kebab on a weekly basis? Probably not? Was it far superior to my regular Keeebab? Oh damn, YESSSSS!!!!
Personally I don't see a problem with £5 for some grub screws. It's still a damn sight cheaper to their other snag converters so it's meeting the needs of customers who don't want to spend **** loads of wonga on gear but get the set up they want/need.

Have you ever tried carp? I barbecued a couple of doubles last year out of my club lake and it tastes like sh*t

That sounds a good price for two grub screws and an Allen key, I went to Timpsons to get a key last year and if I recall it cost me about £7 not including grub screws.
