I agree with you mate, but Nash has the best range. The 2.25 9 footers and 1 & 2lb sawn offs are great little rods

My 9ft 3lb Scopes have been faultless for boat work, and they just get chucked around. Heavy leads, big weed beds...not a problem. I think most of the bad rep they get from people who haven't used them and just look at the price vs some junk from Sonik.

Got to agree, i had problems with my 1st set of scopes but i also had issues with the cotswolds so ended up getting some more scopes (9ft 3.25s) and pretty much used them exclusively this year, this set has been faultless and I'm actually pretty astonished with their performance as I've been fishing seriously weedy waters and been using hefty bags up to 70 yards with not one issue. That said I'm looking forwards to seeing the quickdraws as i do love an esp rod lol!

sonik xtractor is a £60 to £70 rod I know it sonik know it so there sold for£60 £70 scopes are a £100 rod being sold for £170 or £180 that's what's being said not comparing xtractor with scopes side by side
So what's being criticised is the price

I think my Scopes were £140 a rod. Not bad value considering the battering they have taken, and they are still going strong.

Yes I used them I've had a lot of rods over the last 40 odd years of carp fishing from cheap to top end and again I say no one's saying you can't catch a carp on them it's the PRICE that's being questioned

Sonik also do a higher spec model that's over £100. The £60 model can't be compared to a scope

That's the sonik insurgent not thinking of them You might have missed it if you read the posts as I said not comparing a £60 rod with scopes side by side I am saying to narrow it down that the scopes are imo are overpriced back to the subject the esp quick draw rods look a good price time will tell
