Being a director doesn't mean jot, more for business reasons rather than actual ownership.
I know one bloke who is a "director" of a Match Fishing Company. Never cast a float or held a pole in his life nor works within their offices. There must be some form of money reasoning behind it, and that's what this all boils down to. Pound notes.

share holding/s are more important than titles
although, without either Directorship and shares, one cannot become a Ltd company.
OH..and a secretary (can be both director and or secretary)

I no they've severed there ties with Trakker hence the luggage. Would not be surprised if the same happens to Daiwa and Delkim.
They've made the terminal tackle market basically there own. There probably realising why they can't do the same with the rest of the Carp tackle market.
