I fish somewhere where the defined fishing locations (

Not really coming to an end. Sounds like a water I was fishing last year run by ex nods, hence the numbered swims. Like why would you put a number next to a swim with beautiful weeping willows and call it No:10. Like really? Defies logic and reason.

maybe because not everyone can be asked to think of names and it's easier to just use numbers??
I dont quite get why this is so is getting to you so emotionally and mentally. I think you need to look within yourself as to why your anger is directed at how fishing areas are named and what the real issue is. Some self reflection and healing is required I think.

I had a run in with a bailiff over the difference between rods out/rods in.
I say rods out = rigs in the lake, and rods in = rigs on the bank.
I was having a mooch round after reeling my rods in (rigs on the bank obvs) and he said "Are your rods out?".
When I said no he went ballistic thinking my rigs were still in the lake.
And he disagreed when I explained the difference of what I meant.
