Was on a dog walk just now and checked the new Nash podcast - insipid & tedious.
I've just watched the Korda one with Jason Hayward. Very interesting. The ones with Damien, Tom, and spooner can be good, I wish Damien would be more forthcoming , as he is one of the best imho.

it was the same with CarpAngle, actually pretty frustrating to listen to him being questioned, since he clearly didn't want to be open about anything. makes you wonder why he even signs up for these things, unless there's substantial monetary value in it.

I doubt t theses podcasts are done for the money...
I thought Jason was quite open on both platforms. So what if he's keeping a few things back. We all need our edges. No doubt these things will come to light in time...

Some of the Carp Chronicles podcasts.... with the right guests... are absolutely gold.
Those Stephen White ones.... i could listen to him all day.

No direct money but great advertisement for Korda etc. Prize giveaway drives interaction with their social media accounts therefore driving more Korda content. They wouldn't be doing these for free if they can't identify a benefit to the company especially damo who seems business focused

I said a while back that the bubble would burst, and I think only the baitworks one will stand the test of time. Zero product pushing, Zero incentive to do anything other than have good conversation both within their own bubble as well as other peoples, and having unique guests who have an interesting perspective on angling.

The fox podcast is deffo worth a miss.
Apart from Chilly, they're all terrible to listen to. Pitchers is so damn cocky, Lewis is horrid and so very arrogant, and Harry can make someone with the worst insomnia nod off he's that boring.
The Korda podcast is worth a listen to, as is Nash's

All these podcast hosts have there quirks. Some are Marmite , I agree. Quite like these multi host pods. Your always going to get a bit of banter when you have a few fellas round a table. Even with out the aid of a beer or two.
The new Trakker pod is in the same vane. Your always going to get value for money when you have Frank Warwick involved.
The more pods the better. They definately help with my commute to work. So keep them coming.

The uncut Korda podcast are great but find the normal ones boring. It's not the greatest subject carp fishing as there is little difference between catches. What is good is when there is different of opinions etc.
The fox one was just trying to copy that but without success. I completely agree on pitchers. Used to like him and would watch all the challenges but he changed and believes he was the face of carp fishing etc

Pitchers deserves all the stick he gets for the gambling site. That being said the story about the travel rods was funny!!

Probably the best one I watched was a korda one with pete springate and Ritchie McDonald no bragging no slagging just great reminiscing and a history lesson almost.

My feeling is that Baitworks is consistently the best (and the least annoying!), followed by Korda.

Also liked some of the nash ones, Jeremy Wade and Nigel bothaway were great episodes.
