Bucket for me, and when I get home, just open man hole cover to sewer in garden and tip it in, wash bucket out with hosepipe and fill with Jeyes fluid till the next time
I have cringed though in the past when someone has come to talk to me and as my bucket has been at bivvy doorway they have sat on it. I just pray when they do that and with the bucket being old, the plastic has not hardened and it splits. Usually these days now, I keep it just tucked inside my overwrap out of sight.

Bivvy loo for me. Brilliant bit of kit. I bought one of those pop up chinese tents for it which doubles as a shower block. It's even in camo so it's like an upmarket carp sh*thouse.
I buy the aldi peddle bin bags for mine, much cheaper than the bivvy loo ones.

Just wack your poo bag in a carrier bag and hang it up a tree - I usually deposit mine in a McDonalds bin on the way home as I like to give back to the corps who feed us poo in the first place . . .

The problem with bushes is finding a suitable one and having your eyes off the rods - with a bucket you can regen your guts in peace and in the bivvy doorway; also good for when the punisher in the swim next door inadvertently pops round for a chat - keeps this short and to the point . . .

I have an habit of nipping everything till I'm bursting.
One day I was busting for a number 3 and could hold it no longer, just as I was passing through the bivvy door, one of my rods was away. Once I knew the fish was hooked, I had to play it one handed as I got my "todger" out and had a good number 3 straight into pond as I could not go anywhere else except wee my pants.
Usually though, when I take a dump in my bucket, I turn my alarms off even though they are on a very low setting, then if I get a run, no one will hear especially if they are just walking past and be watching so I don't get panicked into rushing out and I can sort myself out and get my pants back up etc before hitting the run. So far though it has not happened, but one day it will.

Oh Mate, don't.
I was on the island at Taverham Mills cogitating on the bucket at the back of the bivvy when Klaus (RIP) came round for a chat. He was just outside the bivvy door for about 10minutes, and I couldn't move until he had gone. I will never know if he knew I was having a pony and trap, but I was so glad when he went.
