Yeah I'm thinking about access from the sides so fishing off the barrow is easier.

You can buy a different carp porter branded underbag which has top and side access for around £50.

. . another vote for Porterlite / Porterlite 2 . . had mine for donkies . . .can handle way more tackle than needed and packs up small.
Not lightweight but do however like the look of the Trakker Access barrow - like the way the bedchair straps vertically over the front wheel . . .wonder if Prestige could do a bolt on piece of kit to do the same?
