I've had my 5 upgraded gradually since I bought them 5 years ago, bearing upgrades, slow oscillation, lines clips from Jim's reel shop, and now with spools from Weston developments. Actually use them over my ss3000's and custom tournaments particularly with my 10 footers. Mad to think I got them for £45 each brand new out the shop in a sale..

Where is the best place to get carbon washers for them? I've replaced my line clips but I've found I need to stick the paper clip type thing in place as two of them turn when I put line in the clip. Not great

From what I can see on the emails they have sent there is no indication of time frame for delivery. There website states 4-6 working days during normal circumstances, so with everything going on i would expect it to be delayed.

i know, i had an acknowlegment of purchase but little more.

They are a nice reel I have the original X having used the gold emblems s for decades, they are decent.
