So reels are more important than family and health,I think some people need put things in some sort of perspective.Yes it's along time to wait and perhaps communication could have been better but do we know the full situation Garry was going through.Answer me this,if your wife was in hospital dying or going through treatment for cancer or a parent was.Would you be thinking I need to get home to sort Joe Bloggs reels out or would being at your wifes/parents bedside take priority.With everything that is going on in the world at the moment some of you need take a long hard look at yourselves and get a ****ing grip

Correct we don't know the full story or the situation he is in. Maybe to avoid all of this unnecessary speculation he could post on his Website or however he advertises that he is unable to service or except any more reels due to ?
I'm sure potential customers would be very understanding .

1. He's had my reels since August 2018. 95 weeks for a quoted 6 week turnaround job. His situation arose this year. The fact remains that there has been plenty of time elapsed for the work to be completed before the start of 2020. When I last spoke to him in November 2019 I was at the end of my patience but a promise to have them completed just in to the new year was made. Then nothing. The letter was prompted by a number of other customers having the same issue and some people saying he's done work for them this year and spoken to him only a few weeks ago.
2. After he explained the situation I am understanding of it and have come to an agreement with him about it. If his comms were better, and I know it's last thing on his mind in the situation he is in, then I wouldn't have ended up sending the letter to him.
Considering you don't know the situation at all you might as well pipe down.

Garry is a good guy and would never steal anybody's reels, he's been working his nuts off for years and years to have the reputation of being the best. Throw that away for stealing some poxy reels he could buy or have sourced?!?! I don't think so.

Just to clarify I never accused him of stealing my reels. It was other disgruntled customers that accused him of that.

Especially seeing as other people have obviously had work done during that period, if he'd totally disappeared then maybe but selective deafness and the fact it was 95 weeks......

That is a ridiculous amount of time, I can't see how he's getting grief for complaining tbh, yeah it's bad timing with the health problems but he didn't know that.
I hope they're not nash reels, they would have bought out 3 new models in that time

Yes it's a long time to wait I agree but things need to be put into perspective.He could of asked for the reels back sooner and taken them somewhere else

I get that. But the family issues started this year. My reels have been with him since August 2018. That's a long time inbetween to do what was quoted as 6 weeks work.

Family Illness is the standard excuse used by liars, I've seen it loads of times. No idea of this guy's position, there may well be illness, but to do nothing for 2 years. Indefensible.

I agree,but surely after let's say 12weeks why not ask for them back and go elsewhere like I have just said in another post
