Zip in ground sheet sounds like a terrible idea too? How well will a zip work when it's been sat in a load of gritty mud?

I'm a sucker for a new bivvy but the fixed front, zip in groundsheet, weight and those cam lock detatchable bars have put me right off.... hallelujah it's literally a miracle my bivvy-itis has been cured

Pro logic Commander has a zip in groundsheet and the only one that I saw the guy loved it and hasn't had any problems with it at all you just need to zip it in before pegging it out
