This has just cracked me up. Utterly hilarious that anyone either thinks there is a viable business model in this, or is daft enough that they dont have the imagination to make their way to a shop and buy some food to cook. I mean come on... If you are really that bad and planning and buying food either ask your mum or do food tech at school, its a basic need not an angling brand to buy into.

Can't say I've changed my mind.
What a waste of money, I'll stick with buying and cooking my own food from scratch.
This week was meatballs in tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, garlic with marjoram, oregano and basil with fusilli pasta.
Couple of beefburgers topped with cheese in brioche buns.
Couscous, tin of tuna, onions, mushrooms, pepper with cumin, coriander, chilli, and ginger.
Three nights dinners there!

Meal prep services are common place now, no surprise there is 1 in fishing. People like to pay for Convenience

There clearly is a viable business model, as they are a trading business and by all accounts doing pretty well out of it.
I wouldn't use it, but if it helps some people then what's the problem?
My Mrs says she can't cook. I do 90% of the cooking, but I work long hours so we just started getting Hello Fresh 3 nights a week. Turns out it's not the cooking, it's the thinking of the recipe and buying the correct stuff that she stresses about. Give her all the bits and a recipe card and she's good as gold. Plus it works out pretty cheap for decent food.
If this Fink thing is like that but for dopey fisherman I can see it doing just fine.

In my opinion, the concept is an encapsulation of how utterly ridiculous the whole carp fishing ‘scene' has become. Why anyone would need to use this service is completely beyond me. Everything from the name to the fact the company are trying to claim that they are focused on sustainability is stupid.

You do realise this idea is already out there with companies like hello fresh and gusto dont you? All this is is just the same idea marketed at a different audience. The fact that those 2 companies alone turn over hundreds of millions, should suggest it might not be as stupid as you make it out to be.

Hello Fresh and Gusto are more aimed towards Yuppies who work in London, doing 18 hour days and don't have the time to slice a cucumber to go with their falafel.
You're paying premium prices for someone to do the prep for you and then deliver it to your door. That's all it is.
I'm not going to slag the concept off, it serves a purpose. However I still enjoy the prospect of stopping off en route to the pond to buy meat to slap on the stove and a couple of tinnies to blend in with the unwashed. it's all part of the fun.
