I just added a Deeper Spark to my basket, used code XTRA20 and it said invalid code.
Then done the same with the Deeper Quest.
The promotional email says "20% off selected items for XTRA subscribers"

It's a offer for TFT Xtra customers in a specific category in sales. There are 113 items in that category, some are full price and the code works, others already have the 20% applied.....odd.
It says add to your basket and the discount will be applied automatically but even if you add the code it says invalid.
The site has been having 'issues' contact them by WhatsApp and they'll honour it most likely (see my previous comments in the thread).
