Hi Heard a rumour Fox has a new frontier ready for release in the autumn anyone heard this and have any more info on "improvements" other than more money?

Its been mentioned on here the present one is being discontinued.
The new one will be the V3 by the way, V2 is the present and V1 was from the early 0's. I still use the V1.

I'd imagine they are changing the block design, hopefully the front bars won't pop out so easily....

the need for storm poles in the front would be alot better too...just dont think you cant beat the tempest in design

Yes there is a new version coming out,I wouldn't hold your breath with Fox on a release date though

What do you mean by the front poles popping out? I've not used mine a great deal so can't really picture it. Do you mean the last 2 you do after the others have clicked in?

i had that happen to mine, it probaley was caused by human error.
Although i have another one now i havent had any problems with it at all. im also careful not to get any dirt or crud into the block when setting up or packing down.

Have not experienced this issue with either an "X" or a "Lite". I can't see how it could happen, provided everything is in order and it's actually assembled properly.

Mine is the xd which I only use for longer sessions and france but its happened 3 times now and its a bar steward to get back in lol. Maybe the smaller versions are ok

Yes and with mine its always been the left of the front 3 poles, i've slightly tightened the alan screws on the block now so hopefully cures it.
