Look at the current directors and previous. Suggests it's sold to me but I'm no expert.

If you click on Kevin's or lees name and go to Nash corporation and then click significant control you will see only 2 names which is Kevin and Lee
Not saying you are wrong as that might be going through
I don't know who the others are

Would not surprise me. They have so much stuff out of stock.
If not they have supply problems.

After all the years of service I'm surprised Kevin didn't make Alan Blair a director so if the business has been sold then at least his share option would have been a suitable thank you for all his hard work.

I don't own a single piece of Nash tackle and I doubt I ever will again, but even a non fanboy can appreciate the effort Alan has put in over the years.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but once you're a director you can't join anther company or start another business can you ?

lots of companies have stock issue problems, YAC's shelves were looking slightly bare recently
